Who pays for the caregiver?
The resident or their family, by private pay or long-term care insurance. We send invoices by email, keep a care log for every visit and keep thorough records for insurers. The community is not billed.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No contract required, cancel any time, and there is no hourly minimum.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Every caregiver passes a background check and a drug test before they work with a resident.
