1-on-1 care inside a care community

A dedicated sitter for personalized attention inside a care community. Across the Greater Phoenix area.

1-on-1 care in a facility means a dedicated caregiver, sometimes called a sitter, who spends one-on-one time with your loved one inside an assisted living community, memory care, rehab center or hospital. Aging Well Care provides 1-on-1 care across Greater Phoenix.

Even good communities have more residents than staff. A dedicated caregiver adds the personal attention, company and extra set of eyes that a busy floor cannot always give.

What 1-on-1 care includes

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Help and encouragement at mealtimes
  • Help with walks and moving safely
  • Watching for needs and speaking up to staff
  • Overnight sitting
  • Updates for the family

Who it helps

  • Residents of assisted living or memory care
  • Patients in the hospital or a rehab center
  • Families who cannot visit as often as they would like
  • Senior living communities that want a care partner on call (see care for senior communities)

How it starts

Call (480) 582-9898 or book a free consultation. We come to you, listen and build a plan together, then match a background-checked, drug-tested caregiver your loved one will be glad to see. The plan is guided by a Registered Nurse and adjusted as needs change. No contract required, cancel any time, and no hourly minimum. From the first visit, you are family.

Questions families ask

Will the facility allow a private caregiver?

Most communities welcome private caregivers. We coordinate with the staff and follow the community's rules.

Why add care if they already live in a care community?

Staff care for many residents at once. A 1-on-1 caregiver gives your loved one focused attention, company and help when they need it, not when the schedule allows.

Can you sit overnight in the hospital?

Yes. Overnight sitting is a common request, especially when a loved one is confused or at risk of falling.
