End-of-life care is comfort-focused, non-medical support for a person in their final months, weeks or days, and for the family around them. Aging Well Care provides it across Greater Phoenix and works alongside hospice, not instead of it.
At the end of life, what matters most is comfort, company and being at home. Our caregivers handle the daily care gently so family can spend their time being family.

How it starts
Call (480) 582-9898 or book a free consultation. We come to you, listen and build a plan together, then match a background-checked, drug-tested caregiver your loved one will be glad to see. The plan is guided by a Registered Nurse and adjusted as needs change. No contract required, cancel any time, and no hourly minimum. From the first visit, you are family.
Questions families ask
Do you replace hospice?
No. Hospice provides medical and comfort care through its own team. We add hands-on, non-medical care and company in the hours hospice is not there.
Can a caregiver stay overnight?
Yes. Overnight and 24/7 care are available, so someone is with your loved one and the family can sleep.
How quickly can care start?
Call us any time, day or night. We will talk through what you need and plan the first visit together.
